it's a great durable phone with a wonderful keyboard and takes excellent pictures

Its way too bulky, mine always has problems whether it shuts off randomly, no service, and sometimes it will even shut off if i just open it to see the keypad. I have had a charger break off into the phone. I just got another voyager a few weeks ago because i had my old one for so long and i cant hear anything when someone calls or when i call them. Now im going to have to pay another 50.00 for the insurance to get a new one. AHHHHH!! Voyagers ****
