its the worst phone i have ever owned have had it in for repair 8 times different things each time speaker stopped working then camera then microphone then it needed software update then OK for 11 days mp3 stopped working on the 12th day got that fixed then back light stopped working and camera packed in again keeps telling me to try latter got it repaired again then yesterday camera failed again I TOOK GRAITE JOY IN BOUNCING IT OF ALL FOUR WALLS OF MY LIVING ROOM AND WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MOTOROLA AS LONG AS I LIVE\r\n REGARDS Gary { very happy with my Samsung}

i like motorola products but i don't like them service because it is a very poor.
