new dishwasher

we were not happy with several name brand dishwashers we tried .. we finally settled on a Bosch .. this one is very quiet and does a nice job .. its all stainless inside.. even the baskets are coated stainless steel .. i think this should last a long time .. we found that the other makes we tried had design flaws ..for instance, the flip open door for the detergent dispenser was blocked by the top basket so it really didnt work right (you would often see undesolved detergent left over) .. loading and basket position were critical .. also the type detergent was critical .. now the Bosch seems to work good with most detergents and it seems to do everything right .. its the best dishwasher of the 4 brands we tried .. one was a little bigger inside but didnt work nearly as well .. we run the Bosch every day and it hasnt had any trouble ... we love the convienence of the solid "tab" type detergents ... some are really good .. right now we are trying the "electrasol finish" powerball tabs .. that works pretty good but not quite as good as the "Cascade Gell" ... that uses little packets that you dont even have to unwrap (the cover desolves) .. those work the best of anything we have tried so far ... our model number is different from the choices given but i think probably all the Bosch models are good .. ours is a model SHE45M02UC
