KTI manufactures a broad range of network products, which include Network Interface Cards, Transceivers, Converters, Hubs and Switches. ??The 12-port Fast Ethernet Hub complies with IEEE 802.3u repeater specifications and sup-ports 100Mbps connectivity over two-pair Category 5 cabling. The hub has 11 fixed TP ports and one expansion slot on the front panel. The expansion slot can be configured with a 100BASE-TX module or a 100BASE-FX fiber module. The module can be configured as an uplink switch port or as an ordinary hub port. The hub also features two cascade connectors on the rear for cascading one hub to another in a hub stack. Up to four hubs can be cascaded in one stack. A hub stack can be treated as a single hub with only one hop count.
