The 2003 Toyota Sequoia is part of the one-two punch in the full-size SUV segment for Toyota. Coupled with the Land Cruiser, the Sequoia is designed with luxury in mind for adventurous families who want sedan capability but need a large truck to carry them and the gear around. The eight-passenger Sequoia, offering more interior room and more rear cargo capacity than either the Chevrolet Tahoe or the Ford Expedition, is one of the largest SUVs on the market. Changes for 2003 include a newly available factory-installed DVD rear seat entertainment system, the ideal accessory for traveling families. A high-resolution overhead screen flips down from the headliner and plays from a DVD player in the centre console. Rear seat audio, a feature also available as a separate option, enables the rear passengers to watch without disturbing those up front.
