2003 Lexus ES 300 Recommendations

Optional power-adjustable pedals are the main 2003 addition to Lexuss luxury-oriented entry-level sedan. Redesigned last year along with Camry models at parent Toyota, ES 300 features a 3.0-liter V6, 5-speed automatic transmission, front torso and head-protecting curtain side airbags, and 4-wheel antilock disc brakes. Also standard are 16-inch wheels, trip computer, and dual-zone automatic climate control. The new power-adjustable brake and accelerator pedals expand an options list that includes leather upholstery, navigation system, premium Mark Levinson audio, power rear sunshade, in-dash or console-mounted CD changer, and high-intensity headlamps packaged with rain-sensing windshield wipers. Also available is Lexuss Vehicle Stability Control antiskid/traction-control system, which includes a full-power brake-assist feature. Lexuss optional Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) has driver-selectable shock-absorber settings.
