1996 Jeep Grand Cherokee Recommendations

The 1996 Cherokee SE sport utility is available in four models - 2WD and 4WD; in two-door and four-door. For 1996, the Cherokee SE receives reengineered engines and a heavy duty alternator and battery. The SE features a driver air bag, all-season tires and reclining bucket seats. Tinted glass, stainless steel exhaust and full carpeting are also standard. Four door versions add child-proof rear door locks. Options include CFC-free air conditioning, anti-lock brakes, retractable cargo cover and full floor console. Power mirrors, roof rack, cruise control and automatic transmission are also available. A trailer towing package is available on automatic transmission equipped models and Up Country suspension package on 4WD models.
