1996 Nissan Maxima Recommendations

The 1996 Maxima is available in three models - GXE, SE and GLE. For 1996, the Maxima is available in two exterior colors; Platinum Iris and Deep Evergreen. The GXE features power door locks and windows, cruise control, rear defrosters and an illuminated key-entry system. It also features bucket seats, air conditioning and child safety locks. The SE upgrades the GXE with a rear spoiler, front fog lights, sport-tuned suspension and aluminum alloy wheels. The GLE upgrades the SE with a four-speed electronically controlled automatic transmission, automatic climate control, keyless remote entry system and variable intermittent wipers. Additional standard features include leather bucket seats, theft deterrent system and a Bose CD player audio system.
