2002 Nissan Sentra Recommendations

At the on-set of the 2002 model year the Sentra was offered in three models: XE, GXE, and the limited production Clean Air (CA), offered only in California. The GXE received many revisions including three new option packages, two new exterior colors, and added standard equipment. Later in the year Nissan re-introduced the Sentra SE-R, which is now available in Base and Spec V trims. Both models feature a 2.5L engine, four-wheel disc brakes, a rear spoiler, titanium-faced gauges and a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift knob. The Spec V adds 10 more horsepower, a 6-speed manual transmission, 17-inch wheels, a stiffer suspension and a limited-slip front differential. Options on the SE-R include a six-disc CD changer and a power sunroof.
