1999 Chevrolet Lumina Recommendations

The Chevrolet Lumina arrives for the new model year with minor revisions. Changes include a new exterior color, Nightmist Medium Auburn, and several key improvements to the LTZ model. Improvements to the LTZ include newly standard bucket seats, the 3800 V6 is now standard, and 16 Machine-Faced wheels are standard as well. Luminas produced after November 2, 1998 will be equipped with a rear defogger, cruise/speed control, and power windows as standard. Value-added safety features include standard daytime running lamps, driver and passenger front airbags, and four wheel anti-lock brakes (optional on base Lumina, standard on LS and LTZ). Vehicle security is provided by a PASS-Key II theft deterrent system, which acts as an ignition lock-out.
