1998 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight Recommendations

For 1998, the Oldsmobile Eighty-Eight returns with minimal changes to the exterior and interior. The Eighty-Eight is available in two models, the Base and LS Trim. New for this year, the Eighty-Eight receives an improved electronically controlled automatic transmission. It features dual drive chains as a noise reduction measure. It also features the DEXRON-III lubricant which does not need to be changed for 100,000 miles of normal service. Standard features include power locks, cruise control, tilt steering and air conditioning. Standard safety features include daytime running lights, front and rear crumple zones, child safety locks, an energy absorbing steering column and instrument panel and four-wheel Anti-lock Brakes.
