The 2005 Pontiac G6 is a 4-door, 5-passenger family sedan, or sports sedan, available in two trims, the 6-cylinder and the GT. Upon introduction, the 6-cylinder is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 200-horsepower engine that achieves 22-mpg in the city and 32-mpg on the highway. The GT is equipped with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 200-horsepower engine that achieves 21-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway.
