Philips PA-702 Amplifier Recommendations

A pro audio preamp for use where uncomplicated quality sound reproduction is required. A 1RU 19" Rackmount Preamp/Mixer with 4 Auxiliary level inputs, 1 Phonograph input, and 1 Microphone input. 3 band eq and master volume control. Mono, mute low, out, and loudness buttons. The 4 position switch on the front lets you select the music source. The 3 switch settings marked "Tuner, CD, and Aux" are electronically identical and can be used with any combination of music sources that have standard line level outputs. A separate "Tape Monitor" switch is used to play a cassette tape player through the PA-702. This arrangement allows the cassette tape player to be always connected with both its "Input" and "Output" jacks connected to the PA702 so you can easily and quickly record from any other music source to the cassette system. One microphone input is provided on the front with its own volume control. Size is 1 rack space.
