The X-keys Stick sends key commands to your computer like a standard keyboard. Any sequence or combination of keystrokes from a standard keyboard may be assigned to any key on the X-keys. Simple, intuitive steps allow even non-technical users to program the X-keys. A slide switch puts the X-keys into programming mode, the user taps the key to be programmed, enters the keystrokes/commands to be saved, taps the key on the X-keys to confirm, and slides the switch back to operating position. Keys may be instantly reprogrammed. The clear key caps snap off for applying and changing key legends. No residual files are left on the computer. The X-keys stores scan codes in its internal memory and may be programmed on one system and used on another.
