Microtech (DPAI-SCSI-PC) PC Card Reader Recommendations

Digital PhotoAlbum is a PC Card (PCMCIA) reader/writer designed to support PC Cards from all leading digital cameras, and any Wintel system which supports PC Card standards. Using Microtech's optional Type II adapter, the Digital PhotoAlbum also accomodates CompactFlash and SSFDC media. Digital PhotoAlbum has two slots and operates as a standard SCSI device with two consecutive addresses. ??Digital Photographers use the Digital PhotoAlbum to import images on PC Card media from digital camera systems directly onto any Macintosh or PC desktop. This eliminates the step of tethering the camera to a work station which dramatically slows system performance and file transfer rates. External versions of the Digital PhotoAlbum are also available for most Macintosh and PC computers.
