This software allows a PC to be connected to the EOS-1V and enables customization and shooting data management. EOS Link Software ES-E1 consists of two software applications and Connecting Cable ES. One application is called EOS-1V Remote. Itenables the EOS-1V to be customized and it also downloads shooting data from the camera. The other application is called EOS-1V Memory. This is used to view and edit the downloaded shooting data. Both applications can be installed in a personal computer. Connecting Cable ES connects the remote control terminal of the EOS-1V to the USB port of a compatible personal computer
