Uniden's DXI5186-2 cordless phone system offers a wealth of features for the everyday household. Using the 5.8 GHz frequency and analog technology, this model also supports caller ID with call waiting, and it comes with an extra handset. All call features are accessed through the phone system's handset(s), including last number redial, call transfer between handsets, and convenient volume control. Each handset houses a three-line backlit LCD for displaying caller information and allowing access to saved numbers, even while you're taking another call. Information can be displayed in your choice of English, French, or Spanish. Handsets are also compatible with most hearing aids and headsets (sold separately). The DXI5186-2 features a handset status LED to let you know when an extension is in use and a voicemail waiting indicator to alert you to new voicemail messages.
