Hobarts heavy-duty pass-thru dishwasher is for the busiest of foodservice environments. It features a new microcomputer control which provides and LED digital display of temperature and cycle (Fill, Wash, Rinse). Built-in self diagnostics make service fast and easy, should it ever be needed. This unit is field convertible to either hot water or low temperature chemical sanitizing and features flexible timing for special operations. Capacity varies from 52 racks per hour to 80 racks per hour depending on operating mode. In fact, this unit has an equal capacity to some two-rack fill and dump dishwashers, but requires only half the space and consumes less water.
