Need to change the solenoid(starter relay)

Check fuel, Maybe a fuse..

On the carb there is a little adjustment screw. inward reduces the fuel consumption.

inlet 0.10 exhaust 0.10mm

inlet0.08 exhaust 0.10mm

Make sure the axle is all the way out and the rear brake adjuster is loosened a bit and the rear brake rod disconnected. You may also need to pull off the chain adjusters; sometimes they function as an additional safety device to keep the axle from wandering off.

Try cleaning or changing the air filter. If it dirty the engine will not stay running with out the choke on.

check your valves it must be around 0.10 mm

Sounds like the gas tank isn't venting. If air isn't allowed to enter the gas tank to replace the gas flowing out, vapor lock happens. Next time it dies, remove gas cap and see if it starts quicker/easier, and runs longer. If so, then you have a plugged vent.

it could be the switch or the indecator unit

your xl 110 motor an gearbox is in one 20w50 sould do the trick just check your oil level at the small glas

Make sure you have the rite bulb, check you voltage level at the pigtail and compare to the other side if those are fine check you ground wires if voltage is low inspect power wires for corosion or broken wires Also check the resistance if no obvious damage to wire but resistance is high the wire should be replaced

wined the air mixture screw all the way in and then 2 and a half turns out then start the bike if it will let you (no choke) if it wont start turn another .5 turn until it will start.Once you get it started leave it running at idle and listen to the engine noise very carefully. give it a rev and even a ride if it stalls wined it out .25 of a turn.

Yes, It will leak oil. How much will depend where the hole is. When the engine is running the oil is a pressurised system so it won't be supplying enough oil the the moving parts of the engine. Take a photo with your phone and there is a button on the bottom of the comment box. Use that to add photos. As a general rule If the cylinder head has ANY damage like holes and cracks Replace it. A cylinder head is cheaper than a replacement engine or a bike.
