I have a 2002 Suzuki Hayabusa GSX1300R with 31000 miles, and just had the original fork oil changed to Silkolene Pro RSF 5. I changed it because the front end was pogoing a bit just driving down the road. Now the forks bottom out easily, and I'm wondering why. It could be too little oil, or improperly bled, but assuming it's the oil, what oil would you suggest? I'm 220 lbs. and just commute on it. I see from the Suzuki service manual that it calls for Suzuki L01 oil. Do you know what that is equivalent to in Silkolene or other after market oils? Thanks.

Take them to someone who specialises on suspension rebuilds and get them sorted properly. You cannot afford to mess about with the handling on a bike that is capable of 200mph!

No, that is not normal. You need to make sure that the bike is up to operating temps and level both times
