Rear driver tail light not working, i checked both bulb and fuse both are good, front driver blinker works but fast, put volt meter on rear light there is no power to it
Follow the trail for the tail light circuit, start at the turn signal switch wire to driver light, then if power is there go to the bulkhead connector and check there, that is how it is done in the shop, just follow the wire down the harness until you find the problem, it is most likely the turn signal switch, but check it first.

if you have a volt meter, turn on the lights and either take out a bulb or unplug the harness going to one of your rear lights. the using the meter (switched to VDC) see if you power going to the lights if not, you have a wiring harness or a fuse issue. If you have power coming back to the light, switch you meter to Ohms and check to see if you have continuity on the bulb itself. you can also check your fuse with the meter on the Ohm setting.
you need new bulbs in tail lights one bulb in each side has two elements one works brake other works running lights the elements in the bulb for tail lites are bad . so just replace bulbs. hope this helps.
Normally with the blinker blinking really fast, it's telling you that one of the bulb is blown, front or rear signals. Check your fuse, and fuse relay to see if it would fix the promblem
Using a test light check to see if there is power to the wire at the plug where the bulb is for the blinker. if so the socket is bad. if not check to see if the light assembly is working for ex. the parking lights or the brake light ect If those lights dont work then check the fuse for the right rear tail light. Hope this helps.
Blinker too fast, the same side blinker light bulb on the front (or back) is burned. Check the fuses for the rear lights. You might have a light bulb filament stuck.
You will need to start tracing the wiring. I have found "green" wiring in these vehicles for many electrical problems. Start at the front and work your way back.
