2005 Bajaj Pulsar 150 Logo

I own a bajaj pulsar 135. the rear shock absorber of hits very badly, when it passes through a pothole. I had reported this problem to Sai Service Center in Borivali, 2-3 times. Each time i complain they used to make changes in settings, by changing the slots. I am totally unsatisfied with this type of service and want to get rid of this. Is there any other service center for bajaj bikes which have more professional people to work for the bike and service the bike with utmost care and handling.

i think it is shock absorber.after 15000 km it is recommended to change the oil of shocker.
1>you may topup your shocker oil then see if their is change or not.
if not
2>then your shocker must be tilted or damaged which can be repaired with a pressure machine or they must be changed....

SOURCE: I want to buy a

I speak from experience, I have a 180cc Pulsar, me and my wife both travelled on the 180cc together, we commuted approx. 100km daily and had fuel efficiency of approx 35km/l on the 180cc, I think you might still get about 30km/l on the 220cc, if it is only you travelling on the bike, the 180's top speed(with a bigger front sproket, 17 instead of 15) was about 125km/h(not pussing it in the red)
Hope this help to make up your mind, personally I would go for the 220 if it is speed you want

Pulsar 150 DTSi rear shock absorber gas pressure is low. How to fill the gas into shock absorber and how much pressure of gas to be fill into it?........ and normal AIR can fill into shock absorber...

The new Pulsar 150 has RSA with Coil Springs and Suspension Fluid. If the Springs are fine, then get the shocks filled with equal amounts of Fluid at major Service Centers (Few workshops have it).
Else, if the Springs are weak, they can be adjusted by Local Shock Absorber Repairers (Dealers do not suggest it and do not have any mecanism to do it).
If neither of the above works, you have to finally change to a new Set of Rear Shock Absorbers...

Noise coming from front shock absorbers in bajaj pulsar bike

Just try it over after replacing the fork oil and springs.
But also check the cone sets because you may be getting the sound from that also.
