To remove the spark plug remove the h/t cap from the top of it and you will need a deep set socket to reach it if you havent got one maybe you could borrow one? it need to be a thinner type
also the oil level when its low the oil light will come on on the dash and i allways top the oil up untill you can see it

hope this helps

oh yes if the bike has been sitting for 2 years then the petrol will have degraded and be useless and the carb will need a clean

My super bronco CRT /w reverce does not have oil cap dip stick ?

Some people have tried several methods to see the oil when it seems nearly invisible.
One is to drill really tiny holes in the dipstick , and the oil will fill the holes where it is at that level.
Check with your local Troy-bilt dealer to see if a dipstick-cap is available,
God bless your efforts.

Where is the oil dip stick located on 2002 cavalier 4 cyl

If you can't see separate oil dipstick (usually has an yellow plastic handle), then your oil level dipstick is connected to oil filler cap. When you unscrew the oil cap you'll be able to see the dipstick and level meter.

Don't know where to poor my oil in my 1981 ford f100. there is not filler tube

there shouldn't be a filler tube, just a dipstick tube for checking the oil level. to put the oil in the engine, there should be a oil cap on the right hand side valve cover. if the dipstick tube isn't there, you definitely need to get one from a parts yard or store, you can be losing oil from the dipstick hole that goes to the oil pan...

I have a portable generator, 5600. My C1 engine light came on to check oil, however there is no dipstick. How do I check oil level etc?

No dipstick then you fill it all the way to the bottom of the oil fill hole. If you have a riser type oil filler the dipstick should be attached to the cap. Worst case senerio remove the low oil level sensor and fill with oil at that point until you can no longer add oil without making a mess, I am sure there is a gray oil cap somewhere. That is where your supposed to add oil until you can no longer add oil without it overflowing.

Where is the oil dipstick on a 2003 E Class

The 2003 e-class doesn't have an oil dipstick. Engine oil level is gauged electronically. Park the vehicle on level ground and cycle through the display using the buttons on the steering wheel. One of the options there will assist with the correct oil level and let you know if it's ok, too much or too little. Do note that there is an oil filler tube with a cap but this is really for filling the oil as well as removal with a vacuum suction tool in the work shop. The cap doesn't have a dipstick at the end.

Have just purchased 1975-76 Z900 cant find any means of checking engine oil level

On the right side case cover, at the bottom towards the rear, there will be a sight glass.
If the oil is dirty, it seems hard to find because it blends in with the motor.

Just remember this, if it has a sight glass, usually the oil cap does not have a dipstick.

If the oil cap has a dipstick, then that is you means of checking oil level

Wont help in correct way to check oil level for suzuki gs 500 e motor bike

The bike has to be both level and vertical when you check it - not on the stand.
It would be good if someone can hold the bike up for you when you remove the filler plug (which has the oil level dipstick attached) from the cover on right side of engine, Or you may be able to sit on it , holding it upright with your legs and reach down with right hand to remove the filler cap/dipstick.
Wipe off the stick and re-insert it and screw it all way closed, then immediately remove it again. The oil level shoud be between the two indicator marks on the flat tip at the very end.
If bike is on side-stand you will see nothing on the stick - bike must be upright,
If you need to add any oil, use a funnel and put the oil in through the same hole the cap/dipstick goes into. Best use a motorcycle specific oil - automobile oils contain additives that can cause clutch performance issues
Good Luck!
