Wheel bearings or hubs.If you listen and turn one way or the other the sound goes away. It's usually the one your turning towards, and the sound goes away. Here's the process.
This is right out of my manual, pretty easy if you have the tools.
Good luck!
SOURCE: high pitched rev when accelerating up to 30mph
Sounds like the clutch is failing. The engine is reving up and the bike doesn't as much? the screeching is the clutch slipping, check to be sure the clutch is adjusted with free play at the handle and smooth operation ( cable works smoolthly ). Then reserch how to get the cluch set and when it arrives change the clutch. It's possible that the primary gear set has failed is it really loud? Take the cluch cover off and inspect for busted parts and striped gears. what ever you find write down the parts needed and put it back together as the longer it's apart the more likly you'll never get it fixed.

More than likely this is caused from a vacuum leak somewhere. The whistling is getting to be a higher pitch once it gets to higher rpms. What I always suggest is to kind of fog the engine and carbs with starting fluid while the engine is running. It will cause the engine to rev up when the starting fluid is sprayed near the leak.

if its valve chatter you will hear it just under the valve cover pretty pronounced, but usually valve chatter gets quieter as the bike warms up, you might look into your cam chain adjuster those get loud and chatty at higher rpms.

Yeah, getting into an accident and totaling the bike pretty much took care of it
Lol, hope you are ok. BTW I did found the root cause of the problem incase someone else maybe running to the same. Its the speed sensor. the MFG don't put enough grease and overtime the grease escapes or disappeared. I re-greased mine and noise is gone.
