Sorry no - I think you might have to buy a copy somewhere like Vance Baldwin or the other authorized Yamaha replacement part vendor.

Yamaha AV receiver RX v995 goes off when I turn the volume High

Hello Gerardo, check the impedance of your speakers are 8 Ohms or more, if they are less than 8 Ohms, you can produce the failure you say
It also checks the real power that each speaker can handle and that is according to the manufacturer's specifications
Check the connections of the speaker cables, which do not have copper hairs that are joining between the positive and the negative
Test, disconnect all the speakers and go connecting one to one and try in high volume, then disconnect that and connect another and tests, so with all
This test is to know if you have any speaker with problems
If you can not solve, look for a specialized technical service
Greetings Franco Dosil

Saludos Franco Dosil

How do i connect an equalizer to a Yamaha rx-v995 reciever?

Connect the EQ to the Tape IN and OUT jacks and switch the Rec OUT/Zone 2 to Tape/MD. That is my best guess without having the owners manual....

Yamaha RX-V995: Remove On Screen Text

Here is a dumb try :). Connect your video source directly to the TV/projector, bypassing the receiver from inserting any messages.

If you are probably going to HD sometime, you would need to do that eventually as 995 doesn't have HDMI/Digital Video switching.
