Hello. I suggest you to delete all your documents in your account, including My files and Buzzword Docs. After doing this, send an e-mail related with your account at [email protected] to confirm your request in deleting your account. If you want your Adobe ID to be deactivated, contact Adobe.

You can cancel your account from within Adobe Connect by choosing Meeting > My Account > Stop auto-renewal.
You can cancel anytime before the date of your next billing cycle to avoid subsequent monthly charges.
If you wish to discontinue to use the account then you can delete any documents in your account and send a confirmation mail to [email protected], stating that you need to deactivate your account.
If you want to deactivate your Adobe ID then you need contact the adobe support directly at http://www.adobe.com/aboutadobe/contact.html.
