FI stands for Fuel Injection. The fuel system sensors have detected a problem. It could be anything > a dirty air filter restricting airflow, a plugged injector, an error in fuel mapping, any number of things. Serious problems can trigger the computer to prevent the engine from starting until the problem is fixed. You will need to take the bike to a dealer to have them plug in a code reader. The code reader will tell you exactly what problem has been detected. There is also a chance a sensor has gone bad and is giving a false signal. Keep that in mind. Now determine if you want to do the fix or have the dealer do it. Please rate my answer.

Gud day.... ihave this fordf150 xlt. i have problem with my brakes as where it get stuck while running.... but then when i left it parked... the brakes got back to normal... but then it get stuck again...

Have you had work done on your truck's brakes recently? Are your brake lights on when you drive? That would indicate the brake pedal or stop light switch sticking. Another possibility is someone added mineral oil into your master cylinder instead of brake fluid. This would cause the internal seals to swell, locking up the brakes, though I can't say why they would unstick after you park it. This is a major problem if engine oil is put into your brake master cylinder!!! If you truck has drum brakes on the rear, they may be out of adjustment and drag enough to generate brake force, then when it sits, it cools down enough to be free. I really hope this helps. If you can provide some additional info, I may be able to point you in the right direction.

Front headlights but no lights on the rear or indicators or brake lights 2004 renault traffic van

try to go step by step to solve the problem.First check if any fuse for lights is blown,if so replace it with new one on same capacity. Second check the rear bulbs if are okey or not renew accordingly. For brake lights even more proceed on brake lights switch which is always located under the dashboard on driver's side above the brakes pedal. even more check for the rear lights unit if are well the connectors connected .

My rear lights wont come on even though the brake lights and the head lights work. is it the running light modulator

If your car uses a modulator it might be the problem. Or the tail light fuse or the headlight switch.
The tail lights are on a different circuit from the brake lights.

Weird tail light problem

HI Matt,
Your issue sounds like a fault, most likely in the rear lights. Current is feeding from the brake light circuit, into the running light circuit. The most common causes are a bulb filament broken and touching the running light circuit, and loss of ground.
observe the rear lights closely and you should get a clue as to which light is failing....but if not, just pick one....
I would run a temporary ground and test again, if no results, pull the brake light bulbs...
Transient current is often difficult to wrap your mind around, until you understand what can happen.

No side lights or rear lights

You have a caroded or broken connection on the right inner fender skirt. Check your connection plug also for corrosion. The power goes out of the fuse block on the left fender across the front to right fender then to the rear taillights.

Adjusting the front break

did you change the front, back or both. if it was just the front then you need to put new back brakes in because that's were most of your brake pedal feel comes from. if it was both i would start looking at your brake system to see were the rear brake adjustment valve is and then start fiddling with it till it feels better.
