What Performance Engine modifications can i get done to it

The possibilities are limitless, I have done many many swaps. My favorite is the H22A, thats a 1992-1996 Prelude into this vehicle. But you can pick almost any fast 4-cylinder front wheel drive honda, the integra GSR is pretty awesome, uses a B16 Vtec engine. The only thing you need is money. :)

I had the same problem. You can get a new wheel bearing for about $50 (if I remember right) from Advance or some similar auto parts store. Mine was seized up and had to be cut off.

Cavalier blowing out black smoke car idles fairly well considerin

Black smoke is usually unburned fuel. P0171 reads bank 1 system too lean. There isn't one answer. You need to dig further and inspect your cars fuel system, from the pump to the injectors. Because of the mileage you may want to start off with a compression test just to see where you stand with the motor. write back if you have any other questions.
