Blast's don't have an idle cable. they have an idle screw. What cable are you talking about?

SOURCE: The bike wont idol without the choke just slightly

Have you sync the carbs lately? Remove the plugs and read them for fuel mixture problems. replace if they are wet or fouled ---Check for vacuum leaks around the carb boots. having to run with choke indicates a pilot circuit in the carbs is clogged, or one of the above.

How do I change my right shifter?

It depends on how mechanical of a person you are. In simplest terms we'd unscrew the old one and put in the new one. Calibrate and then ride. Without model number or any other specifics we can only give you a general response.

For my bike, I'd change gears to the smallest gear first. Then I'd locate the screw holding the whole thing in place along the underside... unscrew. Then unhook the shift cable from the shifter. Then unthread that cable through the bike frame until I get to the derailleur. Remove / loosen the screw that holds it in place. Put the new shifter in place. Hook the cable back in. Change shifter to position of the current gear and thread the cable back through the bike to the derailleur. Slip cable back into place and tighten. Calibrate and ride...

It sounds like you might have a bad ground connection. Try cleaning the battery cables, and check the ground on the frame. Take it off and clean the frame and cable to make sure you have a good connection. Good Luck!

your bike has too less gasoline. check the filter inside your tank.
check if the pipe for petrol is not snapped off.
maybe your carburators are dirty. undo them and clean the float lever and its needle valves.
and check the idle jet and all the other jets

The bike wont idol without the choke just slightly on, the idol when idoling fluctuates in a nonconsistant manner. It will run and drive but still not quite rite.

Idols then starts to rev up all by its self

OK, there should be a warmed up idle adjustment on this bike on the carbs under the tank (like my 1985 Honda Interceptor). Maybe it's set too high. On my bike the screw has a knob on it for easy adjustment.

On the Kawasaki motorcycles I'm ot sure if they had this feature.
But, if they don't, then a screwdriver should be enough to turn the idle adjustment screw.

Also, check for kinked cables for the throttle.

Happy biking!

My idol screw needs 2 b ajusted 2 factory settings

No you are confusing the idle screw (a thumb-screw) with the air/mixture screws, these are turned inwards (clockwise) until they lightly seat & then back out the specified amount
You should have the bike tuned by a professional who should include synchronising the carbs, this will let the engine run more smoothly, idle at lower revs ,increase speed & all-round performance speed

Ride safe
Please mark this as very helpful (if it has been!!)

Proper engine idol...."Too much air going through the engine"

Try slowing things down at the throttle cable adjustment first. Then you can richen it up at the carb to get where you want to be.

Idols high when comming to a stop wont idol down

Sounds like you have either a carb with a sticky slide. Pull air box and look down carb throats while twisting throttle (assuming the bike is not EFI)
