they do not make a separate belt for NON AC belt, there is just one belt, the cars without the AC have a AC bypass pulley installed where the AC pump sits, u can buy a bypass pulley from a company called DORMAN, they sell their parts through most better retail auto parts stores like Napa and Carquest.

But saying all this I am confused. Your 1995 Corsica does not have a fan belt. The fan is electric. You car also has a serpentine belt which is self tensioning and not adjustable.

no just slide it inward toward the block on the adjusting rail,after loosening the bolts.

Okay, there are a few engines that come in this van, lucky there the same except,they come with or without ac or airpump, so i will give you all of them and you choose the right one.

You have to take the serpentine belt off first, and then its just a bolt here and there and you'll have the old one out. They're a pain.
