There are two screws located beneath the seat on the left and right side of the bike. Look at the space in between the passenger's seat and the saddle with a light. You will need an allen wrench with a little bit of length.

look just behind the back of where you sit down at and the front of where the passenger sits. you should see a very slight rise in the seat. look into that rise and you will see a screw. you have one on the other side as well.
