your water pump shaft runs threw bearing and seal, and your seal is bad,not to big of job to replace, you can order part off bike-bandit.com( they also have a breakdown of parts picture you can look at to help in seeing what needs to be removed to fix) and it will be ok to ride as long as you do not let the colant run out( no colant =overheat=locked up engine.) so check colant every 5-min of riding untill you fix.....
That is like a vent hole, but the seals for your water pump should be replaced. Also, check the shaft for wear from the seal, as they can "cut" into the shaft. Then the shaft is bad also.
If we are to assume it's coolant and not water being introduced through the crankcase vent hose, there are only two possible places for this transfer to occur - the water pump seals or the clutch case cover gasket. Those are the only two direct interfaces between the coolant and the transmission fluid that exist on that bike.
You replaced the seals - did you replace the bearing too?
GET A SMALL SCREW DIVER IN BETWEEN THE SHAFT AND SEAL PRY IT OUT WITH OUT DAMAGING THE SHAFT THEN USE A SOCKET FROM A TOOL KIT THAT FITS PERFECTLY AROUND THE EDGE OF THE NEW SEAL TO HAMMER IT BACK IN
change the seal behind the water pump impeller the shifter shaft seal will stop leaking if it continues to mix water and oil you will have to change the head gasket
