Have a 1977 ke 250 enduro do you have to have a battery if all the light and horn, signals are gone?

No you do not need the battery just make sure that your key or kill switch are all working properly.

Hi, Weszz3 there is no such thing as a weak spark even though dozens of riders will swear that's what they have and are dying to show you, the bottom line is either you have spark or don't have spark there is no in between.
You won't see a dirtbike spark really well, and people only look at it when they have a problem. It is designed to fire under extreme pressure (13:1 compression) and is very robust, but it is not a 1mm bright blue line jumping across a spark plug. It can be white and very hard to see. If you are confident you have weak or no spark prove it by holding the plug in your hand and stark kicking you will be in for a "SHOCKING" surprise!!!!!
60% of these bikes have a flooding issue and/or a fouled plug. 30% need valves adjusted and most of the remaining 10% are something simple in the electrics like a broken kill switch, bad earth on the battery or dead battery, wiring at the steering head damaged or blown fuse.

I have a go kart with a 1979 250cc kawasaki enduro motor in it, and there is something that got tooken off and its what make it so the battery keepts charged, just wondering if you know what that its and...

To keep a battery charged you require several things, source coils and magneto (on end of crankshaft) leads from which should go to a rectifier/regulator, ignition coil and the cdi unit or black box. Leads from the black box and magneto should trace back thru' a fuse to a battery if a battery is required. However, Enduro lighting and ignition systems were developed without batteries in mind mostly.

You might try to check the horn first by shortcircuiting it ( two leads from the battery.) If the horn itself works , find your way up: check with your contact switched on, the wires that lead to the horn by using a small light bulb or an Voltmeter: if you push the horn button, the licht should go on or the voltmeter should read 12 v.. If not , check the horn switch itself, there could be some corrosion. Good luck , allways a puzzle , the electricity..

Where is the blower motor relay located on a 1977 ford F 250 w a/c ?

On a 1977 F-250 there is no such thing as a blower motor relay. There are basically 3 things in that system the switch in dash, the blower motor and the blower motor resistor. It seems to me the blower motor is fairly easy to get to in those years. Do you have a test light? Check to see if you have power to the motor I think it's an orange wire. No test, light take a length of insulated wire and hook one to the terminal, on the blower motor, where the orange wire would go now, touch the other end to + battery terminal, the blower motor should run. If not the motor is junk or you have a bad ground on the motor. It could very well be the blower motor resistor too, that is usually fairly close to blower motor, it's bolted to the duct work with two small bolts. They tend to get hot and the wire terminals get rusty and the connection fails, you may want to check the resistor first. Good luck.

Do you have to have a battery on klr250 to get a spark

The **** can run without a battery but the lights,horn,signal cooling fan,etc,needs a battery to run properly.

1979 Maico 250 Enduro Wiring

with Steering lock on headstock and correct tank using the plug in black connector Bosch ignition - she looks great and pulls like a train.... My problem is that I am entered into an Enduro in France (I am in England) on the 14th October and the bike must have working lights.....It has a headlight and Tail light but no wiring connecting them. There are several spare wires taped up under the tank I am quite happy to carry out the wiring I just need to know the colours to use...and how to check them I have a multimeter available. It has a horn attached and I have bought a high/low /horn switch , as well as a rear brake light switch...,I have written this motoplat instruction quite a while back: Right at the bottom is the color coding for the lightning wires.,,,
