You will probably need to repace the float in the carb. You can try tapping the bottom of the carb and it might unstick the float .I dont know how long it has been leaking or if the bike has been setting

mass air flow is a small sensor on the pipe from the air breather to the throttle body. Make sure your air breather is clean and also check your PCV valve.

Gas coming out over flow hose on my cbr 600 f2 and to much pressuer in gas tank

Check the carb float levels and that the tank breather is clear. Pressure will build in a petrol container just from it being shaken, but heat will increase the pressure. The breather is usually a small hole in either the filler cap or the filler cap mount. When you see the MotoGP bikes with a pipe coming from the Filler to the fork pivot, this is the breather pipe.

I,m unable to start the grill. new gas bottle, every thing attached. It seems like there is no gas flow as I can't even start with a match. Can the gs regulator get stuck so there is no flow?

Hi ircatlin...

To answer your question if the gas regulator can get stuck...the answer is YES.

Check to make sure gas is getting thru the do this disconnect the hose going to the burner controls...turn on the gas at the tank and listen and smell for gas coming out...if there is no gas coming out, you can sometimes tap lightly the gas regulator and it will free the sticking valve inside and let the gas flow...if the tapping does not work, the replace your regulator as it is faulty.

Hi well this is a little odd, however i have come across a similar thing like this before and what fixed it was the tank breather, it was blocked and after a while the tank developed a vacuum and gas wouldn't flow, so i wonder if this is the same or similar worth a try anyway? try loosening the top a little and see? If that works check the breather tube?
Otherwise, i think that it still must be a gas problem and would troubleshoot that area? maybe the float sticks?

12hp brigg & stratton engine gas mixing with oil in engine block..when start engine runs high rpm can not idle & look like gas come out carb air cleaner overflows & flood out & stop engine...

Sounds to me like the float needle valve in the carb is leaking. This will cause fuel to over flow out of carb, and will even get into the engine oil. Check to be sure that float is not got gas in it the can go bad. Also check float adjustment. Check needle and seat very carefully for dirt or wear. Just the slightest bit of dirt or wear can cause it to leak. Hope this helps.

Hello, Is this a new unit? Is it still under warranty? Has it been recently worked on or converted to another type gas? I'd call the manufacturer (or the company that installed it) and have them send out a qualified technician to fix it. Are the burner flames a nice even blue color? Can you adjust the flames from high to simmer without them going out. If it was converted to another gas type, it's possible the wrong size orifices were put in or possibly that it needs to be converted because it is a natural gas unit that should be changed to propane, or vice-versa. Also be sure the appliance regulator was switched over to the correct type of gas. These are just a few ideas that come to mind. Let me know if any of these apply. Douglas

Engine oil appears to be discharging through the air breather. Came on all of the sudden and seems to foul the breather within a short period of time. Rode about 20 miles and stopped within half an hour...

Check your oil level . If it is too high smell the oil to see if it is fouled with gas. If your carb needle sticks the carb may over flow filling the engine. When the engine is too full the breather blows the oil and gas into the air box. Another way to get gas in the oil is if the fuel petcock malfunctions and pours gas into the intake manifold. If the diaphragm of a vacuum petcock gets a hole in it , the engine may flood with gas. The gas flows into motor and past the rings. If you look under the engine in front of the rear wheel you may see a tube with a plug in it. Place a pan under the tube and pull the plug. It is a pollution tube for emptying the crud out of the bottom of the air box. Some Honda's used to fill there engines with gas randomly. If it happened you just changed the oil & air filter, and kept on driving. It just happened for no logical reason. So check your petcock and carbs for problems, change your oil and air filter, and always turn your petcock off when not riding.

Converting it back to Natural Gas what I sdone to convert oven area

Usually the oven has an adjustable orifice. For natural gas you want to turn the brass orifice counter clockwise ( out ) to increase the gas flow. Start with a few turns and keep testing till flame is high enough. NO Yellow in the flame..... that is too much gas. The orifice takes a 1/2" wrench. Also make sure the appliance regulator is set for natural.
