New piston and rings required I would say but get a leak down test to confirm before you comit to that - the leak down test confirms just about all issues internally
if the smoke is dark and bluey it burning oil so piston rings (or valve stem seals if a four stroke) if white and cloudy could be over fueling or head gasket blown so it's burning water
leak down test is the simplest tell all test

I have A 1988 Virago 1100 With Cobra Mufflers and The Carbs Are Jetted with A cobra I stage Kit And The Fuel Air Mix Screws are new It Cranks And Runs But Black Smoke Is Comming out of the Pipes Whats

Sounds like you need to take it to a shop that kinda knows what they are doing. If they have problems they can call cobra themselves. As a shop the aftermarket companies are usually pretty good about helping out since most of their product is sold or installed in aftermarket shops. With that being said. I would start by dropping the clips up one notch and see how that works. By sliding it up one notch it should run a little leaner . If it's better but doesn't cure the problem then go up one more. If it does clear up the black smoke then there you go. Generally cobra will tell you in the directions what common jets to install. They even have a section for higher elevations as well. If not in the directions they usually do on their website. Hope this helps a little.

Sounds like a compression problem to me. Do a compression check. You can loan the tool from Advance Auto Parts.

1995 yamaha blows more exhaust on the left side than the right

Assuming the bike idles smoothly and is not smoking you can pretty well rule out bad valves and piston rings. If the air filter is clean then intake should be okay. Are the valves set properly? Is the decompression lever and valve working properly? I assume there is not mud plugging up the pipe. That pretty much leaves the muffler on the right side having an internal collapse and is restricting the flow of exhaust gases. Remove the mufflers and see if the pressures are equal at the head. If the problem is still there then have the shop do a compression check. It is possible a ring has broken or is frozen in the ring groove. This would let some compression into the gear box and account for the lower exhaust pressure. I hope this helps.

Mantis 4 cycle (brand new): oil leaking out, smoking soaking air cleaner, quits running..

Sounds like your gas tank is not breathing properly. try this: the next time you run the tiller and it begins to stall out, try loosening the gas cap. It should start running again. This means that the gas cap is clogged. Unclog it or purchase another one.

The smoke is oil going in to the combustion chamber, will have to check for broken rings or piston. also if the tractor was stored in a position that the oil would run to the combustion chamber it will do that untill all the oil is burn

Thats not likely. What you are seeing is excess oil from you gas and oil mixture. Not sure if your still running the oil injection pump but it sounds like you have been running a very rich oil/fuel mixture.
The gearbox oil is not accessible through the crankcase. They a totally separate sealed sections of the motor. If by chance you are losing gearbox oil your bike will billow a very white disgusting smelly cloud of smoke. If that is what is happening you may have a right side crank seal blown which will allow the oil to be sucked from the gearbox into the crankcase. Hopefully this is not the problem because with your model I'm 85% certain you will have to split the cases to replace the main seal on the right side engine center case. If thats the case I'd highly recommend you replace both right and left main seals as well as main bearings.
You will need some special tools to do this job. I can tell you what you need to do the job and if you like to DIY I can tell you how to do it and what to look out for.
Best of luck.
