The fuse box is under the seat.you need to remove the seat and check the fuse under fuse box. But for electric start not working and kick start working fine problem, i suggest you to check the electric start switch.Check voltage to the switch.if switch checks out ok, then check the relay.the relay under side cover. If the relay is short then it will not let the electric start to function.Get the electric start switch , the relay and wires checked.most probably the problem is out of this.------- that is causing the problem. ------------- Also get the battery and starter checked.if battery voltage is bit low then electric start will not work but kick start will work. In the same way check the starter too. --------- This should help.thanks.Helpmech.

Motor Trouble Cause Diagnostic Procedure Repair Procedure Electrical Power is Off Check that all service switches for the equipment are in the "on" position.
Check for voltage at the pump motor or pump controls. If no voltage is found, check for voltage at the electric panel.
If power is on to the building, check fuse or circuit breaker serving the electric motor that won't run.
Check for local reset button on the motor (popped out = off )
Check for other power reset or power off buttons such as an access door compartment safety switch that turns off power to the equipment (found on A/C blower compartment doors)

Look in your owner manual for the 3 fuse box locations. It is similar to our Lincoln LS.

From LS owner manual.

Power went off in the house and the washer won't start up

It is likely that the circuit breaker or fuse which sends power from your electrical panel to your washer overloaded when the power came back on and either kicked if it is a circuit breaker or blew if it is a fuse.

Look in the circuit panel. If you have breakers look for one that is about half way off. Turn it on and all the way off and back on again to reset it. If you have fuses look for a blown fuse and replace it with the same amperage fuse as the one in there now. good luck and let me know as if this isnt the problem I have additional steps for you to take. I want to help you get your machine up and running so let me know.

Electrical problems 2005 trailblazer

First check the fuses in the fuse panel! If this does not correct the problem then start looking for a bad ground located under the hood on the left side of the engine block as well as on the fire wall. I do not believe that these are interconnected problems. Since the problem is apparently one sided I would look also at the ground located by the fuse panel to make sure it was not accidently loosened by kicking it when driving.

I have a 2004 ION and the fuse is located behind the drivers side center console kick panel. The panel can be removed by tristing the large blastic screw near the left top of the kick panel. You can use a coin to do it. Once the panel is off relace fuse F20 and your god to go.

Volume problem on odyseey

Check the following fuses. Fuse No. 8 (7.5A) in driver's side kick panel fuse box. Fuse No. 9 (15A) in passenger's side kick panel fuse box. Fuse No. 11 (10A) in passenger's side kick panel fuse box. All these fuses need to be good in order for the audio unit to work. Also check the power sockets (cig lighter) for power. If the fuses are good but no power to cig lighters then the accessory power socket relay is bad. Its located in the passenger side kick panel fuse box.
