Question about Suzuki Mius 40 Motorcycles
Hi ruben, you obviously know what u are doing ,to do a valve job, i would think you have rotated the engine by hand before trying to start it, and you have positioned the camshafts and crankshaft, in the correct position aligning the marks on the corosponding item,if you can rotate the engine without any obstruction occuring the chances are you have timed it correctly, however doing a valve job could mean you will have to reset the valve clearences to alow the valves to close fully, recheck the clearence between the valve and cam lobe on each valve, also recheck you have correctly fitted the spark plug caps on the correct plug.
Recheck the fuel and vacume pipes are correctly fitted to fuel tap.
The engine will not run if the valve clearences are not alowing the valves to close fully. Paul
