This would indicate either the installed battery is no good or it is not charging.
put a voltmeter across the battery terminals with the engine off, it should read better than 12v, when you start and rev the bike this should increase to around 14v

84 camaro good battery and alt so the part store says but after one start battery is dead have all new wires ?

Battery is only used to start engine.
after charging battery, start car. remove Negative cable, if car dies, wiring to alternator is faulty.

if continues to run, shut off car and all accessories. install ammeter between Neg. cable and battery, if it shows a draw, pull fuses one by one to find circuit with draw while car is off.

yes about the stator have you checked the batt power with the bike running, charge the batt get the bike running see what your meter reads should be 13v aprox. trun bike off leave meter on batt and see if it starts counting down if so the batt could be pooched and the fuel issue could just be junk plugged up the filter around the petcock

Your bike will not run without a battery, Get a new battery in there, and make sure your alternator is working to keep it charged. If the alternator is bad, a new battery will only run the bike for maybe 1 hour before it dies. You might go a couple years either direction for parts to fit. Even body parts might fit. Hope this helps.

My bike runs real good and starts easy but just

Sound like the magneto is not charging the battery properly, and your bike is then running off the battery while running, sending it flat.

To test this, start the bike, then remove the battery from the bike, it should be able to run without the battery connected. Make sure the positive lead does not touch metal on the bike.

Using a multimeter, check that you have 13.8 volts at the battery while the bike is running, anything less than this and your bike is not charging the battery properly.

Bike hasn't been running for months. change of owner. low batt. Boosted off truck. All four cable leads conected, ''truck to bike'',truck started, main fuse blows: 1-stator coil de-magnitized ...

First of all, when boost starting a bike from a auto make sure the auto is NOT running. The auto battery has more than enough power all by itself.

The most likely is 4) None of the above. The truck's charging system put more than 30 amps into the bike's electrical system and blew the fuse.

Get a new bike battery and fully charge it. Then go from there. If you really want to see if the bike will run before buying a new battery go ahead and hook up the cables to the truck battery and try it with the truck off.

A faulty alternator/regulator/rectifier should have no effect on the bike actually starting or turning over. Only the output of the charging system would be affected, possibly causing the bike to die when the cables are removed. My '78 Honda would not run at all without battery power, not sure if the Kawasaki is the same or not.

Not holding a charge

Many cars and bikes die immediately even if the charging system is working perfectly when you do that. If you want to know if your charging system is working, put a voltmeter on your battery. It should read a little over 12v before you start the bike and around 14v while charging. If you rev to 3-4000 rpm and are still getting a reading less than 13v something is wrong.
