Carburetor stuck up - Vino 125 Yamaha Motorcycles

Likely a stuck carburetor float or debris in the carburetor inlet needle valve. Remove carburetor bowl to clean and test the function of the float and needle valve.

Possibly stuck carburetor float is stuck or debris in inlet needle valve or other.

I assume you are referring to a pullen pro chain saw. If so, the cable that links from the trigger to the carburetor is stuck. This can happen due to trash and dirt stuck in the trigger area, or the carburetor needs cleaning. Or the cable or wire to the carburetor is bent. See if the connection between the trigger and carb moves freely when not running.

If you have not properly shut down the unit after use you will have likely had fuel remaining in the carburetor. The fuel will have evaporated while the unit was not in use leaving gum residue. If choking does not fire the engine than fuel is not able to reach the metering circuit of that carburetor. Check that the carburetor is receiving fuel from the tank,

If fuel is at the connection between the tank and carburetor then try lightly taping the fuel bowl of the carburetor. The float and needle valve which controls the fuel entering the carburetor may have gotten stuck in the closed position. The float of the needle valve is being held up by the stuck needle valve. If this is true than a light tap by the handle of a screw driver will usually free the stuck needle.

The shelf life of gas containing ethanol is about 30 days. In the future it is best to run the unit dry leaving ot fuel in the carburetor.

if it is rubber mounted make sure clamp is loose and use a dewatering fluid to help break the seal

check your choke might be stuck your engine is running rich... also clean your carburetor might have a small dirt stuck so the flow of gas wont stop and flood the carburetor. hope that help have same problem before.

Check and make sure your fuel is making to the carburetor, by removing the fuel line from the carburetor, inserting it into a can that will hold gasoline and cranking over the motor a couple of turns to be sure the filter is not plugged
If not then I think your problem is a stuck inlet fuel float or you have a hole in the float causing it to seal the fuel off from coming into the carburetor.
Try to tap lightly the carburetor top bottom and sides with a small hammer around the fuel float area of the carburetor and see if that will loosen the float valve and needle if so then that cleared the problem.
If not then you will have to disassemble,rebuild or buy a new/rebuilt carburetor.

Firstly see if the choke wire is stuck from inside itself or from the Carburetor side.
To check this you will need to pull - push the small knob on the Carburetor where the choke wire is attached. If it moves freely then the choke wire is stuck in itself.

If it is stuck from the Carburetor side then you could use a spray like WD40 to free the leaver.

Else disengage the wire from the Carburetor and pull the wire out from the inside. Clean the wire and lubricate it by using any good lubricant (engine oil works the best). Then slowly push the cable back and fasten the wire back with the Carburetor.

Try tapping the side of the carb.while some one crank's engine, the float could be stuck, if you buy a rebulit kit it will have the diagram with the kit.
