These are for the overflow and do not connect to anything but just hang loose and should be left so.....these are for if the carbs were to flood, excess fuel would be carried away safely and not splash on to a hot engine or even the rider...hope this helps

My 93 Honda CBR600 TURNS BUT Wont start. it started yesterday but was leaking fuel through the fuel lines so turned it off n took gas tank off n replaced hose clamps n put back together n now it wnt start....

When you put the fuel hoses back and refitted the tank, did you make sure the vacuum tube to the fuel tap was reconnected ?

The fuel tap has a vacuum connection in order that the fuel is automatically cut off when the engine stops - the tap has on-off-reserve manual settings, but this is overridden by the vacuum. So, even if you have set the tap to "on", if the vacuum hose is disconnected/blocked/leaking, no fuel will reach the carbs.

The vacuum hose is about half the diameter of the fuel hoses and connects to the smaller spigot on the tap, and either the number 1 or 2 cylinder vacuum take off point on the carbs.

Show me how to run fuil lines on poland 2150 21cc chainsaw please

As i recall this machine has a remote primer, so the fuel hse coming from the fuel tank with the fuel filter on goes to the connection on the carb nearest to the alluminium pump cover held with a single cross head screw in the middle, the other conection on the carb takes a hose to the shorter of the two conections on the back of the primer ( suction side ), a hose then goes from the longer connection on the primer ( pressure side ) back down into the tank, just remember the primer pulls fuel from the carb, into the bulb and dumps it back to the tank, not the other way round, if you have connected them correctly, when you depress the bulb you should see fuel in the clear hose moving back to the tank, when the buld comes out you should see fuel pulling out of the carb.

Have replaced fuel lines but still will not keep running how do the fuel lines hook up and any other advice

There are three hoses on the machine, the hose from the tank with the filter on the end, connects to the fuel inlet on the carb, this is the inlet closest to the pump side of the carb held with a single screw, there is then a hose nearest to the metering dide of the carb, this goes to the short conection on the back of the primer, the suction side, the long connection on the back of the primer, the pressure side returns to the fuel tank, just remember the primer pulls fuel from the carb, and back into the tank, not the other way round, if you have connected them the wrong way, this will explain why it runs badly.

How to install both fuel lines to fuel tank. I see they go in at the bottom of tank but also see that lines have to be pulled from inside of tank. What tool do you use for this? Is there special tool that...

The duck bill valve (vent) is usually attached to a hard plastic nipple that the hose attaches to (in the tank). To route the fuel lines through the holes in the fuel tank, take a scissors and cut a long angle on the line so that it goes from round to half round to a point within about an inch or two. With a tweezer, hemostat or long needle nose pliers, the line can be easily fed through the hole and then pulled through from the other side. Once you have the hose pulled through the tank, the tapered part can be cut off so it can be fit to the carb or primer line. If there is a primer/purge bulb, remember the fuel goes from the tank to the carb to the purge bulb then back into the tank.

My fuel lines became rotten and i'm not sure how to reconnect the in-tank fuel lines and filter

A bit more time consuming and requires patience more than skill on this task.

First, only take off 1 of the fuel lines at a time. That way you can make sure you put the right hose on the right fitting.

Let's start with the line with the filter. Take the line off the carburetor. Cut a bit of it and go to a mower repair shop to get your new fuel line. Get about 2 feet. That's about double what you need, but will probably waste some in the process. When you get the new line, cut a sharp point at 1 end. Get a needle nose pliers and reach into your fuel tank and pull out the filter and the rest of the fuel line. Get a fairly fine wire, wrap it around the pointed end of the new fuel line. Snake the wire into the tank and out the small hole. This will help you pull the new hose into the tank and out the hole. This might take a bit of time. When you get the new hose out, square off the end and push it on the carb fitting. Cut the hose where it enters the tank and slip your fuel filter on and drop into the tank. 1 down and 1 to go.

Host #2 can be put into the tank the same as #1, or you can try to push it in from the top. May work with a little lubrication. Hook #2 up to the carb.

This should get you up and running.

I need info on a Poulan Pro 445 fuel line routing

I'm so confused. This is reported as a Poulan and McCulloch pole saw, which one? Is it a pole saw? That is the only 445 Poulan I can find. It is reported as an electric but has a fuel routing problem.

If it is a Poulan Pro gas pole saw it is here: PP445 Gas Pole Pruner
The fuel system routing is terrible, but it is all there is.
Fuel Routing follows:
Tank to carburetor (hose in tank with filter on free end)
Carburetor to primer (primer draws fuel from the tank through the carb)
Primer to fuel tank (returns any excess fuel to tank when pushed) HTH

On weedeater blower and vac gas line is broke from carb into tank does it just connect to fuel filter in tank model 1925

Yes if your asking about the fuel line yes it hooks to the filter out thru the wall of the gas tank straight into the carb. if it broke out side the tank you can try a smaller plastic hose to stick inside to reconnect the two parts. if it broke inside the tank try to replace as one hose.
