There are many available on ebay. Try to find a seller who will ship internationally. If you have any Yamaha dealerships where you are they could order you the part.

no thats not common at all, unless your driving 75k miles a year or more, what ever dealer or mechanic did the work before ,,, take it back to them and ask why this keeps happening, its defiantly not normal

Whats cost labor and parts to do timing chain on 2003 cavalier

just replaced the timing chain 03 cavalier, cost of chain was u.s. dollars was $120.00 labor cost $320.00 but have my own shop as mobile mechanic which i come to you.this does not cover towing. their was no core charge on the timing chain.but the repair was very meticulas and complicated.i had to purchase a repair manual $20.00 for the cavalier V-6 model engine.i also had to remove the motor mounts on passenger side and other things to replace the timing chain[not belt] but chain. recommend you have done by someone that's a mechanic because it's complicated process.if i can assist you further, please ask,i will respond.thank you for choosing fixya.com!

I disconnect de chain that moves the upper mechanism and the lower, what i must to do to synchronized both mechanisms to reinstall the chain on Elna SP Lotus?

That is the worse thing to do on a sewing machine. I don't think any repair requires the removal of this belt or chain. This is not where you adjust the machines timing.
Let's see if we can work on a solution:
First you have to put the eye of the needle and the thread pick up hook on the bobbin within a few millimeters of each other. Reattach the belt/chain. Slowly rotate the machine and make sure nothing binds up. Now to double check the timing, the hook on the bobbin should pass the needle just as the needle begins it's upward journey. If the bobbin hook and the needle are not next to each other remove the belt/chain and realign them again... until you get it right.

Good Luck!

Im putting timing chain on my 93 chevy s10 pickup 4.3 and there are gears behind the timing chain what do I do

first thing i would do is make sure your timing marks are lined up before removing the chain and gears,,,turn it over by hand till they line up then remove the bolts in the cam and pull off the cam gear and chain,,you will probably need to use a prybar to get the bottom gear off,,,line up your timing marks and istall the new gears and chain

2004 chevy cavaliar 2.2liter engine turns over but wont start. Im looking for timing belt placement.

Hello chriso201: My name is Roger and I can answer this question. The Chevrolet Cavalier 2.2 engine does not have a timing belt. This engine uses a timing chain. Check the compression if you have less then 100 psi on the cylinders I would think timing chain. Any thing over 100 the chain should be ok. I would prefer to see above 150 psi. Should you need further help please just ask. Please rate the answer you received. Thank You for using Fix Ya. Roger

You have a timing chain, don't have to change it like you do a belt.
