The fuel hose is all one piece from the tank up to the carb, it is just an interference fit in the tank, you will need to replace the complete pipe, the best way to do this is to **** the new pipe up the middle, about 30/40mm, take away one side of the pipe, it will now fit through the hole in the tank from the top, use a pair of long nose pliers through the fuel filler hole to grab the pipe and pull it on in, trim the end and re fit the fuel filter.

How do you replace fuel line on Husqvarna 455

You will need to pull the fuel line out of the fuel filler hole. Remove the fuel filter. Pull the line out of the tank. When re-installing the line cut the end at an angle to allow you to push it back through the hole (it is tight). Reconnect the filter. Then attach to carb.

HUSQVARNA 41 CORRECT FUEL FILTER TO BIG FOR MY FUEL LINE IN TANK--DO I NEED TO GET BIGGER FUEL LINE??

you can get saw specific parts from a Husq. dealer or you can make shift something to get you by. the key is to make sure the hole in the tank is slightly smaller then the diameter of the hose to ensure there is no air leak there. I drill the tank hole out a size at a time until I have to force the hose in that will fit snuggly on the carb inlet then replace the fuel filter with one that fits the line

Husqvarna 141 clogged fuel vent

The breather is made of a sintered brass plug and beneath this ia what i call a duck bill valve ( because it looks like a ducks bill ) this is a one way valve green in colour which allows air one way into the tank, to test correctly you should do a vacume test via the fuel hose, to remove the valve will normally destroy.

I have husqvarna 136 that won't start. If you put gas in carb it will start but won't keep running.

Replace the fuel filter in the tank, check the fuel hose up to the carb for signs of leaking, if so replace the line, between the cylinder and the carb back plate is a rubber induction tube, make sure this has no split.
