Could a freezeplug blow out?

freeze plugs ( welsh plugs ) rust out and will leak water under pressure . they are replaceable with some difficulty-- working space required
water pumps will leak out a small hole under the housing behind the pulley to stop the leaking pump seal from putting water into the bearing-- replace is the only real fix as reconditioning is almost as expensive as a new pump
to find the leak have a pressure test done on the cooling system as it reveal where the leak is
if you have plastic radiator tanks then they are known to crack or even come loose of the cores
a pressure test will reveal all this

I have a 97 gran prix super charged GTP I have water leaking from under the water pump area and spits a little water from the top is it my water pump

Yes.. it probably is your water pump.. There is a small hole under the shaft that is meant to leak when the seal/bearing goes bad.. you cannot fix this.. it requires replacement.

There is water leaking out from the bottom of my furnace. It leaks whenever the ac is running.

Hello, sounds like a clogged condensate line or a faulty condensate pump if the unit has one. Cleaning the drain line should fix the problem.

Overheating, small water leak don't know where it is leaking could be water pump

Water pump has a small 'weep' hole that is probably leaking-an internal seal is now leaking though this weep hole and the only fix it to replace the water pump.

I have a 2002 Taurus 3.0 v6 single I have smoke that is rolling out from the hood when driving I looked at the water pump it seems to be leaking at the water pump where it goes into the head on the motor...

It sounds like you have either a leaking water pump or hose near the water pump. Sometimes you can take a small mirror and a light and follow the trail of coolant back up to the source [worth a try anyway] Most water pumps will leak from a small weep hole that is located behind the pulley and it can be hard to see this. Be careful not to overheat the engine as that can cause cylinder head damage, or worse, if it gets hot enough and can make a small problem much bigger and more expensive. Hope this helps!

Small coolant leak under car? is it s gasket/easy fix or extensive repairs required?

Well you have a v-6 motor, if it's leaking over by the fan belt could be a water pump or a coolant hose, you realy need to have your cooling system pressure test to fine where the leak is at, if it's water pump extensive repair.Good Luck

Water leak from somewhere around the fan belt?

It is the water pump. The seal is leaking and ruptured.
You must replace the water pump. Can't just install a seal.
The water pump has a pulley attached to it.
