I am on a similar diet as you and I use the following meal replacement
recipe from time to time in order to support my nutritional needs. What I do is
take about .5 liter of 1% or skim milk, one serving of my chocolate protein
powder (I usually use Optimum Nutrition Whey Gold Standard), and half a cup of
oats (Quaker) and put them in a blender. I mix them all and then have a
delicious, nutritional meal replacement! It comes out to be around 450 calories
with 45 grams of protein and 55 grams of carbs.
Personally, I've been using Optimum Nutrition Complete Protein Diet Bar because it only contains 180 calories and provides 20 grams of high quality protein. Unlike many other protein bars, this bar does not contain any sugars, which is really important for me. You can get a box of 15 bars for only $20 here: http://www.muscleandstrength.com/store/complete-protein-diet-bar.html.
