New starter clicking noise when i hit startet button

Your starter button is good. Jump the terminals on the solenoid If the starter works every time applying power directly to the starter in this manner then the starter is good. The starter solenoid internal contacts are burnt stopping the power from flowing to the starter even though they are closing. Replace the starter solenoid and the problem should be fixed.
