I have a 2005 RMZ 450. The rod on the crank shaft blew apart and i had to replace both cases, crank, piston and rings, get the cylinder fixed and plated. I had a local Suzuki shop replace everything. ...

Sounds like your ratchet gear is mis aligned, when you put the ratchet gear together it has alignment marks that have to line up when you insert it back in the case...The kick shaft being bent slightly should not prevent the engine from turning over. I hope this helps.

Karcher 3.98M Switches On and Off after Releasing Trigger

Yea the pressure cleaner has a internal water leak it thinks you are trying to turn it on then kicks in and realises that you are not...
on these cheap units sometimes it is not worth fixing if you still have good pressure... other wise you could take it to a tech and get the plastic head and valve assy replaced that will most likely fix it very common problem....

Brad:)

Fuel pump not activating

Bobby,
Sorry you got the task of replacing a heater core. But never the less there is a fuel cut out /roll over switch located in the passenger kick panel and the harness runs up thru the dash. Two things could have happened.
1-the fuel cut out triped. Reset by pulling the passenger side kick panel and reset by pushing the red or yellow reset button. This should cure the problem.
2-the harness to the cutout switch was disconnected while working under the dash or pinched while the installing the blower assy. you can take a DVOM and check the resistance at the switch harness while disconnected from the switch. If the meter reads less than .003 you have a short. If not while disconnected check the switch by depressing the button and check across the terminals. The meter should have an audiable mode and listen for a beep. This means the switch is good. If no noise replace the switch.
Good Luck.

Stripped start knob

That would be the timer assy You may need to replace entire assy and knob you could try a strong 2 part epoxy and allow to dry min 24 hrs at room temp.

Furnace won't kick on

Downstream of your fan discharge there is a little plastic assy. most likely that will have a pickup tube and a piece of vinyl or latex tubing attached. First check to make sure that the pick up tube and/or tubing does not have a restriction. If it is clean use an ohm meter to read resistance across the switch to verify it is operating.

New start button?

Hello Colette,
When a component sometimes works and sometimes doesn't work, it suggests the component itself is functioning correctly. Check for loose wire connections on the door switch, the start switch, and on the cycle-reset switch which is located on the cam-timer assy of the machine (if so equipped). Cam timer assy is behind the kick-plate, under the door.

yea that sounds like a compressor issue( under 5 year manufactrue warr.) you can try replacing te overload/relay assy mounted to the side of thecompressor , sometimes you get lucky and it works part number 4387767
