Its on the side of the bike ,down low,almost on bottom ,its a big nut,it has the filter inside the case.

Hello thor67...your wing should hold 300cc's per side.
Tip: suggest useing 15wt fork oil instead of the ATF that mother Honda recommends.

no need to gap them if they are new. straight out of the package is just fine. you only ever need to gap used plugs after you clean them, cause as they wear the gap gets bigger.
