Question about 2006 kawasaki KLX 250
The Kawasaki Bayou 250 has 2 grease fittings on the front steering point of the frame.....my quad made the same click from the passenger side (while riding over bumps or lifting the passenger wheel in stationary)
Solution: Turn the wheel all the way to the right (for right fitting) or left(for left fitting), wipe the dirt off the the zerk fitting nipple and grease it...I recommend both sides...grease until it starts coming out of the bottom of the frame by the dust cap...then wipe/clean up excess grease that overfilled so dust, dirt, and sand won't cling and make a mess.
This should solve your clicking problem in the front end. Merry Christmas - Happy Quadding =)
