An easy way to do this is take the end of the exhaust pipe/s off and take then to a muffler shop and have them make you a set of 3" or 4" echo tips that ar the same length and degree of bend and split the the end that goes over the pipe still on the bike and then bolt the new tips on you may need to have them put some sort of mounting bracket on the new tips to keep them from drooping and rattling.

Hi, Stephen after careful deliberation 4 out 5 Kawasaki Gods give this one a thumbs up, but just to be on the safe side you should give your local dealer's parts/service department a call to confirm. I have an 2009 kawasaki nomad 1700 that has a lot of plastic and creates a lot of static electricity so that any dust particles just stick is there some sort of anti static solution

Best solution I've found is Plexus. Comes in a blue and black aerosol can. Every bike store here sells it, but it's made in the US. It's a general purpose plastic polish. It kills the static and it creates a hard, slippery layer that makes cleaning easy.

Just don't polish your helmet with it, no matter how tempting it is, because it makes it incredibly slippery and you will drop it.

Will a 2008 nomad 1600 fuel tank fit my 1993 vulcan 1500? If not does anyone know what years of tanks will?

I have a 99 nomad and found a tank that is bigger to fit but they wanted 800 american for it. found an add on from a place called tour buddy.com for 200 with all the fittings. fits on the back where the luggage rack goes. 4.5 gallons. I love it.4432f0c.jpg
