Add a battery tender to your battery, put a slow trickle charger on-1/2 to 1 amp or just slightly higher.

While kick starting my bullet 350 cc spews out lot

Spews smoke and then stops? Worn valve guides or worn valve guide seals. Quick way to tell: take it for a ride with someone on another bike / car behind you. Use engine braking. Puff of smoke? Probably seals.
Bright side: These engines are dead easy to work on.

My Garmin Nuvi 300/350(2 years old) comes on and

I solved the problem by charging internal battery using the 120V. charger that came with the unit. I was not aware, that the cord in car was not charging my Nuvi and that it was running OK. until the battery was low and quit. I have to check this cord. Peter W.

My ktm duke had a low battery i fitted a new one and the ignition worked fine but now it dose nothing but bike kick starts

Check your stator and voltage regulator for proper output. Sounds like the battery isn't receiving a charge through the system. You can charge the battery with a trickle charger to verify the battery will take a charge outside the bikes charging system.

I have a 1975 Bullet 350 standard, the AMP meter

Check the wires coming out of the armature , that would be the problem. 99% of time it is the problem with those wires. What happens is, in old models there are three wires coming out of the armature, u must check if those wires are not short from inside (Armature Coil). Check with the Multimeter and if thats the prob than u'll have to cahnge the armature...

It's a electrical problem

Hi,
I've not done much work on the Indian Enfield, more on Bsa's/Triumphs etc., However it appears that your charging system may be faulty?
When running can you meter the current to the battery? if 12ish on tickover and up to 13.8/14.5 when revved fine, try popping the side lights on if voltage drops drastically and doesn't improved with increased engine rev's then alternator problem or regulator?
Finally could there be a possible short circuit on the headlight? have you removed the lamp from the surround and looked at the switches rear? make a close inspection of the bulb filliament sometimes they fuse both main and dip beam together causing all sorts of grief.
Hope this helped,
